After your FREE consultation, your session begins with a pre-session interview that takes approximately an hour. This is where we spend some time getting familiar with one another, and where I get to know you on a deeper level. I'll ask questions about your life, and pertaining to the information and questions you submitted in your client intake form. You'll also have a chance to ask any additional questions at this point. We'll also cover the technicalities (camera setup, microphone, lighting, etc.) if you're connecting via Zoom.
The pre-session interview is an extremely important step because it allows me to learn what I need to know about you and your experience(s) so I can ask the most effective questions during your session.
PLEASE NOTE: If you can't set aside enough time to have both your interview and hypnosis session on the same day, you'll be able to split them up to have the interview part one day, and the hypnosis part of your session another day.
The type of hypnosis I use is a heart and intention-based modality, so we spend time towards the end of the pre-session interview crafting the PERFECT INTENTION. Intentions are such a powerful way to start moving the flow of energy in a particular direction.
We will utilize water to amplify your intentions for your session, which greatly enhances the power of your intentions! Water has long been recognized for its ability to absorb and hold energy, making it an ideal medium for amplifying intentions. Which then serves as a powerful conduit for manifestation. Continuing to drink your water during your session, will help to anchor your intentions deeply within your subconscious, creating a stronger alignment between your conscious desires and the healing energies accessed through the regression.
By setting clear intentions while consuming the infused water, we're able to magnify the effect of your session and ensure that all of your questions are addressed.
Once you’re fully relaxed and in a state of hypnosis, your Higher Self or Subconscious mind will gently guide your experience, bringing forth memories and insights that align with the intentions you set. Because each person’s journey is unique, you may encounter vivid imagery, emotions, or even physical sensations as you connect with significant moments across various timelines, whether they stem from your current life, past lives, parallel or future lives (based on linear time, of course, as time is an illusion), or paranormal experience(s). When we connect, I'll ensure that all of your questions and concerns, as well as anything that came up during the regression experience, is addressed.
At some point during your session, we will address any physical, mental, emotional, or energetic blocks that may be present within you. This aspect of the session is just as varied as the rest and can occur in a multitude of ways.
Once the session is complete, I'll bring you back out of trance and we'll have a quick chat about the key points of the experience. I'll also give you some suggestions for grounding to help you fully come back into everyday awareness. After your session you will receive an e-mail with a link to your session recording (both audio and video), as well as suggestions and homework you will want to complete to get the absolute highest insights and healing!
